Hockey

St Clare’s have been playing hockey this half term and have learnt to grip the hockey stick and manipulate the ball using this implement! They have had a great time through fun disguised learning activities such as ‘shark attack’.

Analysing Rocks

St Clare’s had a brilliant afternoon investigating the property of various rocks.

Art

St Clare’s have designed their own motifs from their sketches of ammonites linked to the Rocks, Relics and Rumbles topic. They used their designs to learn the basics of block printing.
